Alongside Justin Pace’s three decades’ experience in the hairdressing industry (Business Owner and Creative Director / Colourist / Cutter / Stylist / Award Winner), 2014 and beyond has seen him work for Redken as an International / National Artist / Educator and National Hair Director: Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Australia.

The multitude of roles Justin has performed has not only seen him function in an enterprise, technical, creative and instructional sense, but preside over the running of various businesses, teams, shows, seminars, hands-on workshops and in-salon training.

I had a wonderful experience at Co & Pace this afternoon! The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. My stylist, Bevan, was incredibly informative and took the time to discuss my hair goals with me.Bevan listened carefully to what I wanted for a haircut and offered some helpful suggestions and expertise. The final cut is exactly what I was hoping for, and it makes me feel fabulous!Overall, I would highly recommend Co & Pace to anyone looking for a positive and professional hair care experience. Bevan is a true talent, who is passionate in what he does. I am looking forward to returning for more haircuts.

I had my hair foiled by Cam today and he absolutely nailed it. Justin is a wonderful artist and owner. All the hair I saw today was stunning and I applaud him for his high quality salon and team. 10/10 recommend.

It was my first time visiting Co and Pace. The salon was recommended by my hairdresser in Sydney having just relocated to Brisbane.My appointment was for colour with Bevan and he was exceptional. My consultation was thorough and informative, and he was complimentary of the work from my previous hair dresser (I really appreciate when people in the same industry do not undermine or insult the work of others in that same industry).Results were great. I was very happy with how my colour turned out and felt it was value for money. It’s a high end salon but not stupidly priced.Product recommendations were given too which felt personalise to my hair goals.I’ve rebooked. Definitely recommend.

I have just had my first appointment with Bevan - he was really patient, a great communicator and he was able to listen to what I wanted and interpret it into an outcome that was exactly what I wanted. Absolutely loved my experience with Bevan! He really took the time to understand my (vague) vision for my hair and asked all the right questions to make sure the end result was EXACTLY what I had in mind! Salon was also beautiful, really high end finishes and products etc for a super luxurious (but friendly!) vibe. I’m in love with my new cut and colour and will definitely be coming back, thank you so much 🙂

As always, I had a fantastic time at Co and Pace, and especially this most recent appointment with Bella was fabulous. I went in unsure as I was going for short 90s cut, which I have never tried before. Bella was so thoughtful in talking me through the vision and how she was going to achieve it and it came out better than I had imagined. Also thank you to the lovely Chloe at reception who is the friendliest vibe.

I've been going to Co and Pace for a while now and have the most amazing experience every time I go. Charmayne and Bella are incredible and I've never had better hair in my life. All of the apprentices are so lovely and the salon has such a nice atmosphere and the fitout is so nice. I'd definitely recommend going and seeing Charmayne and Bella and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brock Fleming was my colourist at Co and Pace Brisbane. I cannot speak highly enough of his skillset. Brock was a perfectionist when it came to colouring my very thick, long hair. His professionalism, client rapport and knowledge base was evident. I highly recommend Brock. Even having hair washed and scalp massaged was incredible and so relaxing. The offer of sparkling or still water shows the attention to detail Co and Pace cover. The high end salon experience was addictive!! I absolutely loved how my hair looked! Thank you Brock 😊🤎🤎

First time visiting a high-end salon like this. Had an amazing experience getting my hair bleached. I came in not knowing what to do. Bevan made some suggestions, and I went with the flow. Turned out better than I could of anticipated. Other staff were also engaging and helpful, which created a very comfortable environment. Thanks to Brock for helping with the toner and blow dry. Would recommend to anyone that is having doubts or unsure about what to do. These guys will have you sorted.

Having curly hair has always been a blessing and a curse and finding a hairdresser that knew how to approach my hair was tiring until I found darling Isabella. I started seeing her as an apprentice and even then, was always happy with her work. I get compliments on my hair almost daily, even from strangers on the street and I owe it all to Bella. I recently visited Co and Pace Salon in Brisbane and had the pleasure of having Charmayne as my colourist. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the salon's stylish and modern decor, and the friendly welcome I received from the staff.Charmayne took the time to consult with me about my hair and what I was looking to achieve. She was knowledgeable, professional and offered great advice on what colours and techniques would work best for my hair type and skin tone. Her attention to detail was impressive, and I appreciated that she took the time to ensure that the colour was applied evenly and looked natural.Throughout the appointment, Charmayne was friendly and engaging, making me feel comfortable and at ease. She was also efficient and worked quickly, which meant that I was able to get the results I wanted without spending hours in the salon.Overall, I would highly recommend Co and Pace Salon to anyone looking for a professional and stylish hair salon in Brisbane. Charmayne was an excellent colourist who clearly has a passion for what she does, and I will definitely be returning to the salon for my future hair needs.

I have just had my colour and cut with Bevan who was amazing. He listened to my concerns and gave me great advice. He has completely transformed my hair which was super dry before and now is feeling in much better condition. The colour is exactly what I asked for - couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I cannot recommend this salon more! This was my first trip to a proper to salon in years due to being treated poorly at others but everyone at Co and Pace is so welcoming and friendly not to mention the coffee is amazing!! The salon itself is so easy to find and absolutely gorgeous inside as well. I got my hair coloured by Bevan, I went from an old, outgrown blonde balayage to gorgeous copper and I couldn’t be more in love!! He really listened to what I wanted and brought it to life!

I am a natural redhead and have been wanting to embrace my natural hair colour by enhancing it with a vibrant light copper toned colour that still looked natural to suit my skin tone. It's been a challenge to find a hairdresser that would really listen and understand what I'm after and actually meet that brief. That was until my first visit to Charmaine tonight at Co & Pace. I was absolutely blown away with the magic Charmaine did on my colour. My hair had a build up of a dark copper red shades from both salon colours and at home colour shampoo, so it definitely was in need of a lift. I thought it might be impossible to achieve. Words cannot describe how happy I was with the results. I am absolutely amazed at the transformation. Thank you so much Charmaine, I will definitely be back! Very happy customer, who is now looking forward to my next visit to the hairdressers. 🙂

I've been to Co & Pace twice now and both appointments, I have left super duper happy, refreshed and feeling like a new woman! Honestly, no one has looked after my hair better.
